Hire price includes a refundable $50 security bond. The $50 bond is refunded promptly once the TENS unit is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in good working condition.
Your hire includes: A cleaned and tested TENS machine, fresh single-use electrode pads, a prepaid return courier bag and simple instructions with a video demo all packed and ready to use. The 5-week hire window (37–42 weeks) ensures you’re fully covered no matter when baby decides to arrive.

returns process
After your birth, discard any used pads. Place the unit and accessories back into the prepaid courier bag and drop it at any NZ Post location. Once returned and checked, your bond (if applicable) will be refunded.
